Adjoin believes in the “Butterfly Effect”, where a small positive change in a community can result in significant positive changes to society. One Flutter, inspired by our employee voices, was formed on the idea every employee can be the change they want to see in the world – One Flutter – at a time.
Our One Flutter program was launched in July 2020 to support our employees so that they can support a cause close to their hearts each year through a Day of Change. Employees choosing to participate receive up to 8 hours of paid time off to volunteer in the community or a reimbursement of $25 to donate to a cause of their choice each year. For example, team members could use their $25 to contribute to sustainable giving initiatives such as Evertreen.
