The Adjoin Pathway Partners program is a recurring subscription program aiming to create pathways of support for individuals of varied backgrounds, interests, and abilities to achieve their life plans in the communities where they live, work, learn and play.

Pathway Partners are a dedicated and committed community of monthly givers on a mission to help people find communities where they feel safe and respected and can be themselves in every aspect of their lives. People like you, from all over the Southern California region, give what they can to create limitless pathways for everyone to thrive.

The goal of the program is to create an opportunity for supporters to be able to choose a reoccurring donation amount that would reoccur monthly.

Pathway Partners emphasizes the organization’s purpose is to strive for all people to have a true sense or feeling of belonging through active participation in social, cultural, professional, and community groups and
