Townspeople and Adjoin Partner to Create Shared Housing Collaborative.

Adjoin is proud to share an alliance with Townspeople, a nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing and supportive services for people with special needs to achieve stability and self-sufficiency. Together, we're launching this new system that maximizes access to existing permanent housing communities with the vision to benefit thousands of people experiencing homelessness over time. By working together, veterans and individuals with disabilities will be amongst the initial populations served under the shared housing initiative. We're grateful for the support from the San Diego community and the grant from Funders Together to End Homelessness San Diego for their support in making this shared housing collaborative a reality.
